Justice

Justice – about balance and readiness to see one’s part in what happens. This is the arcana of fair calculation: what is put in is what is received, without discounts in one’s favour.

Justice as a weapon: a person judges others by a rule they do not apply to themselves, demanding retribution instead of resolution.

An arcana by itself is not a verdict nor a characteristic: it answers the question of the position it occupies. The same arcana in the centre and in the relationships area indicates different things — in the centre about what the person returns to, in relationships about how they approach. Therefore, reading the matrix starts with the question of the position, not with the name of the arcana.
