Natal chart
- What is a natal chart?
- The positions of the Sun, Moon and planets at the moment of your birth, distributed by signs and houses, together with the angles between them. This is a snapshot of the sky at a specific minute at a specific location, not a characteristic for a single date.
- Is an exact birth time required?
- For planets by signs – no: they shift little over a day, only the Moon moves noticeably. For houses and Ascendant – required: the Ascendant makes a full circle in a day and shifts by a degree every four minutes.
- What to do if the birth time is unknown?
- The platform will generate a chart without houses and Ascendant and will show what hardly depends on time: planets by signs and aspects between them. Noon is not substituted for unknown time – that would give a plausible but foreign chart.
- Can the city or time be changed after calculation?
- Yes, birth data can be edited in the dashboard, and the chart is recalculated. The previous calculation is not saved: a chart with incorrect data is unwanted.

Fate Matrix
- Why 22 arcana?
- The matrix is built on the Major Arcana of Tarot, there are 22 of them. The numbers of the birth date are reduced to the range 1 to 22, so each position corresponds to one arcana.
- How is the calculation performed?
- From the day, month and year the numbers of the positions of the eight‑point figure are summed, each reduced to the arcana range. The calculation is arithmetic and fully repeatable: the same date always yields the same matrix.
- Why do different schools calculate differently?
- The method of reducing the year and the order of positions differ among schools; there is no single canon. The platform calculates using one described rule and does not mix it with others — otherwise the result could not be explained.

Compatibility
- What is needed to calculate compatibility?
- Two charts — yours and the other person's, i.e. their date, time and place of birth. Without time, the comparison is based on planets and aspects, without houses.
- Can the partner see my data?
- No. The second chart is added to your account as a person from your list. He does not gain access to your account and receives no notifications.

- What are AI answers based on?
- Based on the already calculated geometry of your chart and written interpretations. The model receives ready numbers and explains them in words; it cannot calculate itself.
- Does AI remember the conversation?
- Within a single conversation — yes, otherwise you would have to repeat the whole question each time. The model receives the calculation result, not your account.
- Can AI make a mistake?
- In wording and emphasis — it can, as any text may err. It cannot err in numbers: they come from the calculation. If the answer contradicts the chart, trust the chart.
